Warranty

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase by the original purchaser. To obtain warranty service, you must present a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover transit damages. Additionally, it does not apply to damages resulting from accidents, faulty installation, misuse, abuse, or any alterations of any kind. This includes alterations to any fan or situations where the connected voltage is more than 5% above the nameplate voltage. The warranty also does not apply to the finish on any portion of the product. Servicing performed by unauthorized persons shall render the warranty void.

Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages. Therefore, these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary from state to state.
